Delaware prep center opens fourth-quarter capacity for Amazon sellers ahead of Amazon's October 21 and October 28 arrival deadlines

Wilmington, DE (PRUnderground) September 6th, 2026

Shipo LLC, a third-party logistics provider operating a 55,000-square-foot warehouse in Wilmington, Delaware, is listed in Amazon's Service Provider Network under FBA Prep & Packaging, and is opening fourth-quarter prep capacity for Amazon sellers preparing holiday inventory.

Amazon has published its inbound deadlines for the 2026 holiday season. Seller inventory must arrive at an Amazon fulfillment center by October 21, 2026 for sellers using minimal shipment splits, or October 28, 2026 for sellers using Amazon-optimized shipment splits. Amazon's peak fulfillment fee period runs from October 15, 2026 through January 14, 2027.

Those are arrival dates rather than ship dates. Working backwards through preparation, forwarding and transit, inventory needs to reach a prep center well ahead of them -- and in the fourth quarter the constraint sellers hit is prep capacity, not warehouse space.

Shipo receives inventory from domestic suppliers and overseas manufacturers, unloads containers at its own dock, inspects and sorts cartons to SKU, prepares units to Amazon's requirements -- FNSKU labeling, poly bagging with suffocation warnings, bundling and kitting, expiration and lot labeling, bubble wrapping and sticker removal -- and forwards shipments into Amazon fulfillment centers. Work received by 3 PM moves the same business day.

The company also holds overflow inventory for sellers constrained by Amazon restock and storage limits, releasing replenishment shipments into Amazon as capacity opens up, and prepares inventory for Walmart WFS while fulfilling direct-to-consumer orders from the same stock. Its warehouse management system connects to Shopify, Amazon, eBay, WooCommerce, Walmart and more than 600 other marketplaces and shopping carts.

Shipo's Delaware facility is registered with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration as a food facility, allowing it to receive, store and fulfill food, beverage and dietary supplement products. Delaware charges no sales tax on inventory held in the state, and the location reaches approximately 48 percent of the United States population within two days by ground.

"The sellers who get caught out in the fourth quarter are not the ones who ordered too late," said Ophir Schultz, owner of Shipo LLC. "They are the ones who ordered on time and then discovered in October that nobody had capacity to prep it. If you are planning a fourth-quarter push, the conversation belongs in September."

Shipo has operated from Wilmington for nine years and has picked and packed 6.43 million orders.
