PicPay announced today the pricing of its initial public offering, consisting of an offering of 22,857,143 Class A common shares pursuant to a registration statement on Form F-1 filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) at a public offering price of US$19.00 per Class A common share. The Class A common shares are expected to begin trading on the Nasdaq Global Select Market (“Nasdaq”) under the symbol ���PICS” on January 29, 2026. Prior to the closing of the offering, PicPay intends to change its name from Picpay Holdings Netherlands B.V. to PicS N.V. This name change is expected to become effective on Nasdaq on January 30, 2026.

If the offering is completed, PicPay intends to list its Class A common shares on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the symbol “PICS.”

PicPay announced today that it has filed a registration statement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) for a proposed initial public offering of its Class A common shares. The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the proposed offering have not yet been determined. The offering is subject to market and other conditions, as well as the completion of the SEC review process.
