EGH Acquisition Corp. Completes $150,000,000 Initial Public Offering
EGH Acquisition Corp. (NASDAQ:EGHAU) (the “Company”) today announced the closing of its initial public offering of 15,000,000 units. The offering was priced at $10.00 per unit, resulting in gross proceeds of $150,000,000. Of the proceeds received from the consummation of the initial public offering and a simultaneous private placement of units, $150,000,000 was placed in the Company’s trust account for the benefit of the Company’s public shareholders.
